Prof Ghosal rated as one of the worlds leading management thinkers, respected by high profile CEO’S & Professors. Described by the Economist as a "Euro Guru" in management, Dr. Sumantra Ghoshal was recognised world-wide for his original research, teaching and consulting on the strategic, organisational and managerial aspects of managing large, global organisations. His recent work focused on the management of change and the process of corporate revitalisation. Sumantra Ghosal was a prolific researcher, thinker and author of more than nine books and fifty articles.
His publications include :

- The Differentiated Network.
Even he was adviser to world’s big corporations, this great management thinker never forget his Indian roots, making frequent trips to India to work with India’s most admired companies like Reliance, HLL, AVBirla Group, Piramal Enterprises. From Mr Anil Ambani–ADAE Chairman to Kumarmangalam Birla, Chairman AVBirla group, Mr Vindi Banga – Former Chairman HLL----- all of them had great influence of Prof Ghosal.
His most recent book, "Managing Radical Change", explores the key factors that influence an organisation's ability to achieve radical improvement and surf a rapidly changing business environment.
Professor Ghoshal held doctoral degrees in Management from both MIT and Harvard. He was the founding Dean of the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
